According to Spring Planning of the office of eliminating pornography and illegal publications in Jiading District, Shanghai, Shanghai Jiading District Culture & Broadcasting Bureau organized cultural administration group and Cultural Market Administration Office to carry out special improvement activity to some printing enterprise, and made a good effect.

The joint inspection unit organized three times inspections. It mainly inspected that if some enterprises printed all kinds of prohibited, political, illegal publications, and urged printing enterprises to perfect their rules and regulations and rule out hidden trouble in safe production, which assures orderly development of printing industry in Jiading district.

The special inspection unit sent out 50 person times, and inspected 65 printing enterprises. No illegal publications were found out, but parts of printing enterprises are lack of incomplete trusted printing procedure, and have the phenomena of order transference. According to these problems, law enforcement officer ordered these enterprises reconstruct on the spot, and gave them the instruction in laws and regulations.
